the most important person in my life is ME! Because if I don’t take care of me, I may not be there for my daughter the day she needs me most.

I said to someone today, the days and weeks drag on but the months and years seem to fly by. Time is a funny thing. We think we have all the time in the world. We blink and it is all gone.

Take time today to enjoy a moment or two. Listen to music with your eyes closed. Stare at a beautiful painting. Hug your best friend. DO something to make you feel better!
