Yesterday I didn’t walk, not once. (Well, at break time but that doesn’t really count, its only a few minutes.) And I expected the scale to at least have gone up a little bit. Nope, down another .6! Woo Hoo
So here are my stats:
Weight: Down 22 pounds!
BP: Down!!
Blood sugar: Controlled
Metabolic Panel: Within normal Parameters
Flexibility: UP!
Mental Health: Better
Attitude: Positive!
