I’m finally past 17 lbs down! Finally! Now that things are progressing, I’m seriously considering writing a non-fiction book about my weight loss journey. Not everyone can loss weight easily, I can attest to that. But maybe by sharing what works for me, I can at least help one or two people.
One thing I’ve noticed: even though the weight loss has plateaued, I see other things improving. Old jeans that didn’t fit, I can now wear. It’s easier to put my socks on because my flexibility has improved. All these little things add up.
I have been working a little on my stories so I hope to get one out soon. No definition of soon yet. 🙂
