Half way to goal 1 and feeling GREAT! So, walked 48 minutes last night, my longest walk since starting this quest for a healthier me. My reward, I am down 15 pounds as of this morning’s weigh in.
I’m looking for suggestions to celebrate this accomplishment. I decided it can’t be new clothes because I have a long way to go and I don’t want to buy things that aren’t going to fit in a month. I’ll probably just take in some pants.
My thirty pound goal is new sneakers so I can’t do that yet.
I am NOT celebrating with food because that is just counterproductive.
I’m leaning toward a new hairdo.
Any suggestions?
